Refund Policy

  • Kent Visual Design is committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through our comprehensive and free Revision Policy. This policy allows you to enhance and refine your initial design brief at no additional cost through your account area.

    In the event of any charges resulting from processing errors, failure to meet specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order as per our delivery policy, you will receive a full refund of the complete design order amount.

    If you are dissatisfied with any of our design services, you have the option to submit a refund request within five days of the completion of your initial designs. However, if no refund request is received within this timeframe, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs. The same refund policy applies to Special/Combo packages as to single design packages.

    Refunds will be processed according to the following chart:

    • Full refund (less 10% service & processing fee) if the refund request is made before the order delivery.
    • 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee) if the refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery.
    • 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee) if the refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the initial design delivery.
    • No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery. However, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately to resolve any issues and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

    If no action is taken by the customer after the initial concept delivery (48 hours) or revised concept (72 hours), we will consider it as 100% satisfaction.

    All refund requests should be communicated to our support department. Please note that Kent Visual Design reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on the violation of your user agreement.

  • How to Claim Your Refund

    Refund requests will be processed according to the following procedure:

    • Contact us via phone, chat, or email and specify your concern to initiate the refund process.
    • We will make every effort to address your concern through our revision policy in a timely manner. If we are unable to resolve the issue, our refund department will send you an email with instructions for submitting a refund request.

    Upon receiving a refund, all design rights associated with the refunded work will be transferred to Kent Visual Design. As a result, you will no longer have the right, either directly or indirectly, to display or use any version of the design provided by the company.

    It is important to note the following:

    • With the transfer of design rights to the company, you forfeit any rights or claims to the response, content, work product, or media associated with the design.
    • In compliance with Government Copyright Agencies, Kent Visual Design will share information regarding the Copyright Acquisition of the refunded designs. This measure aims to prevent the future reuse of the designs as original works.
